These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and askp1 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the askp1 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, account services, and all related features (collectively, the "Services").
By completing the registration process, clicking "I Accept", accessing your account, or placing any wager on the askp1 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 — at any point in the account lifecycle — will be closed immediately and all bonuses forfeited. Providing false date of birth information is a breach of these Terms and may have legal consequences.

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the askp1 platform at any time. Accounts are identified by CNIC number. If duplicate accounts are detected — whether registered under different email addresses, mobile numbers, or names — all associated accounts will be permanently closed. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety. Balances held across duplicate accounts are subject to review and may be withheld pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your askp1 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login details to any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
askp1 will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from askp1 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You agree to notify askp1 immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account. askp1 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials, provided that our own security systems have not been at fault.
Security Tip: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number from your account Security Settings. All login activity from new devices generates an automatic SMS alert to your registered mobile number.
askp1 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment channels:
Deposits are credited to your askp1 wallet in PKR at the time of confirmed receipt. Processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect within 60 seconds; bank transfers may take up to one business hour during standard banking hours. Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the Cashier page of your account and are subject to change.
askp1 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment account used for deposit must match the name on your registered askp1 account. Deposits received from mismatched accounts may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
The functional currency of the askp1 platform is Pakistani Rupee (PKR). All balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied within the platform.

Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate or exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, third-party coordination, or systematic exploitation of offer mechanics — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.
All casino games available on the askp1 platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through real-time dealing processes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are certified by independent testing laboratories and are published in each game's information panel.
askp1 bears no responsibility for interrupted gameplay sessions caused by connectivity issues on the Player's side. Where a game round is interrupted mid-session due to a server-side fault, the round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's documented rules. Any resultant disputes should be directed to our support team within 72 hours of the interrupted session.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the Player's device and the result recorded on the askp1 server, the server-side result shall be deemed correct and final.

14.1 Closure by Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting the askp1 support team.
